Hardee's - Rogersville

I order a small hamburger and small fries. The hamburger was good but fries were cold coverd in grease making them limp and soggy I won't order fries at this Hardee's any more

The perfect example of how NOT to run a business. Do they get bonuses for skipping sauce? Never had such garbage service and food.

It is about twice the distance from our usual place, but every so often we go there because the food is better, as well as different menu.

Went at about 11:30, waited about 20 minutes for my one combo meal. Had to ask for new fries because they felt and tasted about 30 minutes old or longer, got a big sigh and eye roll about that. The manager behind the counter could be heard barking orders quite rudely to the other 3 employees that were there and overall food taste just wasn't worth the money or time. This is was my first time at this location and about 2 years since I last visited Hardees in general.

Ordered 4 breakfast dinners waited about 5 minutes got my food and left.
