Slim Chickens - Rogers

Very delicious food, very clean, organized, and not super long either for coming in on a busy Friday night. I had several questions about different menu items and the cashier was very polite and patient.

Not only did I wait in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. They then decided to just pour the sauce on top of my wings instead of shaking them in it. Which caused the box to break and leak all over my truck due to the extra sauce. Also wings were not covered at all they dumped it in one spot. This place is really going downhill it's a shame because I used to love it. 5/14 night shift Edit Usually pretty good food wise but they are out of wings way too often. Coincidentally it's usually about an hour before close...

As I write this I?ve waited 20 plus minutes on my chicken strips and fried mushrooms while I watch them pass it out the window one after another ! This is abuse of people who come inside.

They let me substitute a small side salad instead of fries in the kid's 2 piece meal for a small upcharge. She loved the really fresh salad with the tenders cut up for the salad. They were very fast in the drive-thru. Highly recommend.

Tell me why we wait an hour for ?fresh ? chicken and stale fries. Also if you ever order the honey bbq shaken.. why do they neglect the sauce. It?s always a squirt of sauce and not fresh chicken.
