All the years I've lived in Maine never once been to the Birches, wow what a compound. Great restaurant, great house(Gill House) and great memories....
The room in the lodge ..with the severely leaning floors..I couldn't even sleep in...the water was awful
Went up on a leap of faith and it was amazing. A place I will forever love and long for.
