Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rockwall

I have NEVER been to a Popeye's where I had had a good experience. This Popeye's was very different. I was acknowledged right away, the staff was professional, and the food was actually great. I told the employees that it was the best Popeye's I had ever been to.

Very unprofessional...slow and rude service...cold food ..I walked in and everyone was sitting down..meaning the workers...never going back...

The worst Popeyes ever .The location is very unprofessional and racist.as we walked in every employee was sitting down including the managers we stood there for 5 minutes before I finally said hello can we get some help ask for fresh food didn't get it fries was cold chicken tender overcooked hard as a rock.no sauce for the tender ask for some manger had a whole attitude..Rockwall y'all need to be much better then what you guys are doing..never go here again food is costing us a lot as is

I just love their dry ahh biscuit and I just love the chicken sandwich.

They always close before 10 o clock. I went there at 9:30 just for them to say its close.. It be like this every time.. if the workers don’t wanna work the hours the business says then they shouldn't be there.. that is pure laziness!!!!
