Wingstop - Rockville

Friendly service. The wings were perfectly cooked (not soggy, and I waited 30 minutes to eat them after I came home). The only thing is that they forgot my fries and of course I forgot to check before I left.

I am originally from out of town. I travel a lot for work. Have came here three times this week and they are absolutely wonderful. Food is great and service is great! tonight when I came in, while waiting on my food, a customer was very rude. She got loud and disrespectful towards the staff over a ?mistake? that I?m pretty sure the customer made, not the staff. The lady working upfront held her composure and fixed it. I got mad just watching the transaction because the customer was so rude for no reason. Just wanted to give a shout out and say great job. That?s what you call customer service!! I?m sorry the staff had to deal with a customer like that! Karen can go somewhere else next time.

I always do a mobile order for my orders for takeout. Everyone here is friendly and makes sure you know when you're food is coming out if it's not ready by the time you arrive. One day I was missing some boneless wings in my order and I called back and they were super apologetic and Jose got me some extra, so big thanks to him. Easy-going place and no hassle.

I like this place when I deliver the Tordash orders the location is great and the staff is friendly and fast

The food was too salty. The Pommes were disgusting. They tasted like there was sugar on them. I was wasted my money because I threw it away. The hot wings were okay. Lemon pepper wings were super salty. It won't come back.
