Ice House Sports Grill - Rockledge

This is my 3rd time dining here. Had take out once. Haven't disappointed yet. Salads, fish and wings are good. Beer battered onion rings are awesome just as the fried are.Club sandwich, best I can recall having. My last visit Pedro was our server. He was spot on with recommendations, very personable and kind. So we are back tonight looking for Pedro and going to try out the burgers this time. Seen them my last visit and they looked amazingly good. Prices, quality and quantity of the food is very notable.

We have eaten here a couple of time now and I will say the food is good and reasonably priced. Both times we have had average service or this would have been a five star review. My complaints with the service are only that with an almost empty restaurant they were slow and did not come to check on refills of drinks. Both time we sat with empty glasses waiting and those that had beer had to go to the bar to have them send over another round. All in all a good restaurant with quality food though. Maybe we just fought them on a couple bad evenings.

I have had two lunches and dinner at various times of the day and evening. Each meal was made to order and the wings were really good. The serves was friendly and prompt and my glass was always filled. Each member of the dining experience liked their food and said they would also come back. The only recommendation I would have is to not bring so many different dishes for the sides, but that isn’t worth taking a star for.

This place surprises me at every turn. The old Golden Corral facade hides a hidden gem of good burgers, sandwiches, and other dinners. The side salad compares with and exceeds most major chains. The burger was cooked perfectly and juicy, topped with crispy bacon. The fries had a light batter and were light and crispy. Far better than your standard potato logs. Healthier...probably not, but so good. The sweet tea is sweet enough for most southerners. Our waiter, Andrew, was quick to serve and took care of us throughout the meal. We will be back to try the other many options on the menu.

I called this morning because I have dined here several times and told they have breakfast. The person that answered was unable to assist with finding a breakfast menu online (stated she knows nothing about the website) and that the rest of the menu was available after 1030. Well, people have bad days so maybe that was it but customer service (over the phone) was not what I am used to compared to when I visit here. Our order was also incorrect and then the vegetables looked like they've been in the aluminum longer than I care to imagine. Usually good food and good service, will still go back though!
