Chicken Salad Chick - Roanoke

First time here.. Very good! I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad the wife had the Fancy Nancy. Loaded Potatoes soup and Chicken Artichoke Florentine were fantastic. Good service to.

Oh yeah baby, this is my kinda comfort food. If you have a crowd of even mildly adventurous eaters, try buying several (ok, fine?maybe 7) small containers and do a taste test party. They have grab and go containers at the counter. Super fast! So much fun! So yummy!

I had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad on what they called a croissant. With a side of fruit. It was okay, I'll try another variety next time. The croissant was just bread shaped like a croissant. It made it too much bread for a sandwich. Next time I'll definitely try either regular sandwich bread or a scoop with no bread. I think it's worth checking out again.

I am not a chicken salad fan. However Chicken Salad Chick surprised me. The place was crowded, but the staff was very fast getting my order to me. They were very organized too. I had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad on a bed of spring mix with a pasta salad side. Fancy Nancy has apples grape and pecans in the chicken salad. It was very tasty. I ate outside, but the restaurant was not packed. It was also very clean. I'll be going back.

Love the concept of serving chicken salads and chicken salad sandwiches! There is a whole menu of different kinds to choose from, including three fruity styles. Sandwiches are served on wheat or white toast or a croissant. My sandwich was also served with a pickle and small cookie. They have a nice indoor dining room as well as outdoor seating. Good experience!
