April 19, 2022- was there with my in-laws from Germany, and some don’t speak French or English. Standing at the dessert display (not at the ordering section) and describing what flavour is each dessert to them, when one of the two servers asks if “we want to order”, and I tell her we’re trying to figure what to order, and she rolls her eyes, the other server sees her and rolls her eyes as well. All 8 of us look at each other in disbelief, what was that for? Neither of you were busy with the 3 clients sitting there already eating, and clearly we were disturbing your blabbing to justify ignoring us, but we had not requested to be served or even asked for your help yet. Deplorable attitude and no customer service skills! If you can’t even crack a smile and speak professionally to people then you have no business being there. We went to the Pub instead.

I went here today to take a coffee with 2 creams and 4 sugar twins and taste one of your slushies, it's very good. Also, your employees working here are very respectful, competent and friendly. I loved mostly your red slush. Also, the wait line is not too long and the service is very fast. Also the food court here is well clean and tidy.
