Pepitos Mexican - Riverside

I visited Pepito's restaurant for lunch, and it was a great experience. Our server, Lili, was friendly and very helpful in assisting us with our meal choices. The restaurant serves Pepsi products, but I personally prefer Coke. The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the taco plate, while I opted for the chicken and asada fajitas. The chips were crispy, and the salsa had a nice kick to it. The restaurant had a steady flow of customers, which added to the lively atmosphere. It’s a fantastic place to spend your money, and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. They recently opened a new location at Van Buren and Trautwein, but note that they're currently serving only dinner there.

The service and food were exceptional, with fresh corn tortillas that were a highlight. Everything was made fresh and tasted absolutely delicious. Our son, who lives just around the corner, brought us here. Although we drove 45 minutes to get here, it was definitely worth it. We will definitely be back to enjoy this fantastic food again!

I absolutely love this place! I've been coming here for a few years, and today I finally had breakfast for the first time—it was incredible. I tried the asada and eggs, along with some bacon-wrapped shrimp and table-side guacamole, and everything was delicious. My friend travels from LA just to eat here, and it never fails to impress her. The decor and artwork are beautiful, and they provided excellent service even during the pandemic. Their house margaritas are also fantastic, and I can’t emphasize enough how great the service is. I highly recommend this restaurant!

First time to this restaurant. We love Mexican food, and Pepitos was excellent. Great service, and the food came so quickly after we ordered. I was surprised on how fresh the food was, and how it was plated. It looked like gourmet, but it was down home at the same time Salsa: Excellent, Beans: Excellent, Rice: Excellent. Guac: Excellent. My wife had the crab and shrimp enchiladas, and I have the Fajita Trio. Both just wonderful! This is the best Mexican food in Riverside. We just found our favorite Mexican place in the Inland Empire.
