Richmond Hill Italian Pizza House

Got recommended this pizza place when I first moved here and I love the pizza. The wings, honey garlic are so yummy and I love the sauce always a must with my order. Ordering is simple either online or call in. Always on time and ready to eat :

Recently ordered a large pizza delivery for $22 through skip the dishes, and we were extremely disappointed. It's so doughy, thick, toppings are barely minimal. As you can see from the below picture, we could barely spot broccoli and artichoke. 1/3 of the pizza are no toppings. Definitely me and my families very last time order pizza from this store. I emailed the store twice per the owners response below, no one ever got back to me.

Pizza here is very good. Crust us not too thick, but the bottom has a nice crunch to it. Toppings were also tasty, and the price was great value. The venue is small and not exceptionally kept, so take out or delivery is probably your best bet. The menu is also pretty terse. But if all you want is good pizza, this is the place to go.

I recently went to this pizza house at the beginning of January 2019 to purchase a slice of pizza. They were advertising 2 slices of pepperoni and 1 can of pop for $4.99. I thought this was a great deal but I did not want the pop and so I simply chose from one of their ready slices (Hawaiian) expecting it to cost less than the $4.99 deal. He seemed annoyed and irritated that I only wanted the slice of pizza and then proceeded to charged me $6.00 , which he entered manually into the debit machine. I think this is way over priced for ONE SINGLE slice of pizza, meanwhile they are advertising a LARGE pizza for $9.99! The price for my slice was clearly made up on the spot, his attitude towards me was rude, impatient, and unfriendly. I went home regretting my purchase for a sub-par slice of pizza. A day or so later, I was curious to see if I truly had been ripped off and I decided to call and ask how much a slice of pizza was. The guy on the phone told me that one slice of pizza costs $3.99 tax. I then asked how much a slice of Hawaiian would be and he immediately became aggressive with his tone, telling me I cannot ask him about their slices and prices over the phone, ordering me to come into the store if I wanted to know the prices. He was rude, unhelpful and quick to deny my simple inquiries about the prices of their product. I will never order pizza from this establishment again, it is a poorly managed business and the manner in which customers are treated is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place. you can get much better and much more reasonably priced pizza elsewhere.

We’ve been coming here for years, ever since they opened. They used to have the best pizza you could find now only in town, but anywhere! They used to have great customer service thats right, used to. The quality of the pizza every time we go just gets worse and worse unfortunately.. Our experience from today I got hung up on the phone while not finished my order because he was rushing me and thought I was finished. Then we got our pizza and it barley had any cheese on it (was just a cheese pizza so you’d think it’d at least cover the dough. Secondly, we asked for express sauce and it not only didn’t have extra sauce but it barley had any sauce in it all. Very disappointed.... the prices may be okay but I guess you get what you pay for.
