Domino's Pizza - Richmond Hill

These two individuals had a negative experience at the restaurant and feel that Domino's headquarters needs to educate their staff. The pizza they received was burnt, the portions were small, too salty, and had a thin crust. They requested a thicker crust but found it difficult to handle because of the basic sauce. The management did not seem to care about feedback or complaints regarding the quality of the food and even refused to acknowledge their mistake of serving burnt pizza. #dominos

I ordered them and they didn't deliver it to the door. You ask to meet them in the lobby when you live in a building. Moreover, the pizza was cold and its service is extremely below average. I wouldn't order them again.

Hello I made an online order and specifically checked payment with cash at the door. The supplier gave me my order and I went into cash, but he had no change. He said he had changed his car. I live in an apartment with certainty at the entrance. Security called me when he tried to re-enter and I left him in a second time. He had no change for me again. I called customer service and the Mafia boss on the line told me they would come to collect in an hour. I told him I'm not going to be home, he said they always gather. Avoid ordering from Domino to Carville

The Dominos pizza on Carrville Road consistently serves up delicious pizzas. The staff, including Shabnam, Shima, and Shabnam, are always friendly and welcoming with big smiles. Aliza, in particular, makes great pizzas and is very kind to all customers. The entire team is always ready to assist you with your order. The managers and staff at this location are very efficient and accommodating. I order from here 2 to 3 times a week and have never been disappointed!

This Domino's Pizza is now located at their brand new location at 361 Carrville Rd in Richmond Hill. The Pizza is constantly good at this location and the girls that work here are always very friendly the entire staff makes you feel welcome. I...enjoy the food here their new location is very bright and comfortable.
