Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Richmond Hill

Lobby has been closed for months. If you don?t have a car you can?t order anything which is sad because a lot of kids from my neighborhood like to ride their bikes up there and get ice cream but it?s now so unsafe for them to do so because the lobby isclosed. Won?t be supporting this business anymore.

The lobby is closed at diner time for no apparent reason. The oreos taste moldy. I had to throw the blizzard out.

It took 2 visits to try their food. The first visit was around 7:30pm but they were only serving ice cream at that time. The next day I stopped by for lunch, and ordered the double deluxe 2 cheese stackburger and regular fries (no drink) at the drive uporder board. I then pulled up to the window, was told the amount due, and paid. A few minutes later I was handed the bagwithout any comment, or offer of condiments. When I parked and opened the bag, it only contained the burger and fries. Nonapkins or ketchup. The food was tasty, but significantly over-priced (approximately $9.50) for what I ordered. Based on thisfirst impression I am not inclined to return.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae in drive thru. They put a cover on the cup that was very tight. Removing it was difficult and when it popped loose, product was spilled all over me and the cabin of my vehicle. Orders need to be made with more thought thanthat. Employees should consider what would work best if they are the patron before sending a high potential mess maker out witha motorist.

I think someone is having a bad day, but today was my daughter's birthday and she had a craving for this... and this is how you guys do t It?
