My salad sat in juice, didn't eat it. The packaging sat in acid cream or frost, it was so rough.

The food was really good! I took a broccoli soup! Really good! But they never clean the tables!? Food: 4/5

Worst Panera EVER!! I just finished a long shift and everything I wanted was a turkey chili to calm my long day. I've ever been to this Panera and had to park with my danger light because there was NO parking. I asked Chili twice for Turkey! The person and the cash register must not have been cared for. If that wasn't bad enough, I waited for more than 5 minutes for something that was already prepared. It's soup! It's just a bowl of chili. I asked for my ETA and the kitchen representative gave me an order. I was parked with my danger lights so I grabbed my food and went home because I was TIRED. I came and was very disappointed to find Wildrei's chicken?? Ugh! After a long day why I need to check if my order is correct, that Panera’s job! I'm just so sad because it ruined my day. I had a bad day, I just wanted my favorite soup. Why couldn't I just get my favorite soup?

I ordered online and picked up my food and when I came home, they had forgotten to give me my soup so I had to go back all the way and when I informed them about the problem and asked that I should get a little extra for the extra trip, they were very rude and unapologetic to me and very dismissed with their answer. Terrible customer service.

This location looks and feels very run down. Tables were dirty, not up to Bread Co. standards. Food was ok. Suggest closing it and redoing everything from scratch.
