Food was delicious and prepared quickly. We don't have Zaxbys in MD so whenever we go down south we are sure to stop by. It was early afternoon and the restaurant area was spotless. The staff was very nice. Can't wait to by again next time we visit Richmond.

Sauceless wings were supposed to be tongue torch. They were very much plain. My hot honey mustard boneless were as cold as my drink. To wait in a super long line and receive this below average quality of food is very disappointing.

Associate named Alexis M was very rude with a nasty attitude. Bad customer service and after all that I said Thank you twice and never received a reply. Customer service is everything. I don't appreciate the way I was treated by Alexis M, I was nothing short of polite. Such a bad experience and I won't be repeating the same mistake twice.
