Subway - Richmond

Store have flies and don’t even have cups to drink water. And refused to provide soda cups to pour water as was told that they were for soda only , and I ended up buying soda . Bread is very hard to chew as well. Unfortunate. Customer service was bad.

Love this location. the store super cool with the new remodel look. Employees are nice and friendly. They were really fast in making sandwiches and getting the line move fast. In and out in 5 minutes! Highly recommend this location.

Disgusting staff member went from mopping the floor to making my sandwich without washing her hands. Also, they put mayonnaise on everything, I hate mayonnaise. It was also hard to find because the open sign was not turned on.

Went early and no olives or jalapeños. service was disappointing as well

The girl who serves is very rude/He tells me that he doesn't speak English but he spoke the language very well with another person.He just didn't want to attend to me
