Terrible customer service. immigrant, did not receive a greeting from the 2 employees standing behind the counter, no offer of a menu or description of the coffee. had planned to go coffee beans, but decided to spend our money elsewhere. we will not be back.

A surprising sound! an authentic and cozy atmosphere offers a great place to learn, read or a nice conversation. the coffee and breakfast menus are extensive! a great fund in richmond!

I had really loved the atmosphere of this place and studied a lot there, but the people who worked there were just very rude. I've found a friendly place ever since.

Nice surprise. Ate lunch at a place nearby, passed this one on the way to my lunch destination and decided to wait on dessert and coffe so i could stop in on my way back to my car. GLAD I DID! Much more spacious inside than i was expecting. I loved the atmosphere, comfy seating, exposed brick. Large selection of coffe choices, and some yummy looking desserts and even food options. I got a cinmmon flavored iced coffee and an eclair WAYYYYYY better than starbucks. Coffee was delicous! I wish this one was within walking distance of where i work or live, i would probably visit at least twice a week! i am going to check out their food the next time i am in the slip.
