The food and drinks are quite good, and the service is decent. Just make sure to request extra napkins, as I've only received 2 or 3 small beverage napkins when ordering two or more sandwiches and drinks. Also, be sure to double-check your orders, as there's about a 50% chance there may be a mistake.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would do so without hesitation. This is my all-time favorite spot in Richmond, and I visit often. The staff is fantastic—so friendly, and they remember my name because I'm a regular. The food is consistently excellent, and the coffee is absolutely delightful. I enjoy spending my free time there, whether on a break or just passing the time. I always feel welcomed in the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you, Purdys, for being my favorite place!

I was visiting family in town, and my wife and I decided to stop in for some coffee drinks. The building has a contemporary design, and the atmosphere feels spacious and welcoming. My Iced Macchiato was outstanding, and the prices were quite reasonable. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Kid-friendliness: The staff is incredibly kind and patient with my autistic son when he decides to place his own order. They really make an effort to understand what he wants. I absolutely love this place!
