Kfc - Richmond

Prices are way to high for meat that is pumped full of hormones and chemicals . The chicken farms for KFC are horrific conditions . I won?t be eating here again . $40 for a bucket of chicken ! Never

We stopped in for lunch. Ordered two, 3 pc boxed lunches, drinks included. 10.00 each. Very good price. No kidding, some of the best chicken I've had out in a long time. Got the white meat, big pieces, fresh, tender and juicy. The staff were on it. Willbe going back!!

The service was mid, but we were told our wait would be 4 minutes which turned into 40 minutes. The girl on drive thru, was doing drive thru, doing service at the front, taking people there orders, and taking orders out to the cars. All of this whilethere are 4 people working at 2 machines talking amongst themselves. Place is so sketchy

Stopped in on a Sunday at 6:00 PM and they are out of extra crispy and won't have any ready for half an hour. Place looked ran down and shabby, parking lot dirty, drive thru is tight. Won't return.

This place understands service. Our biscuits were going to take 15 minutes. We weren't in any hurry and said we'd wait. They not only gave us a free drink, we found extra biscuits once we arrived home to eat! Love my KFC!
