Kfc - Richmond

! customer service! tf .. small girl rushes me to order then falls my change on the floor. happy in leaving a review and not going inside!

We like the Hot Wings and the Mac cheese. I usually go through the drive-thru, place my order, PAY FOR MY ORDER, get my reception and tell the checkout, I will be back to pick it up when it is done because we usually order the 24 pieces hot wings. I'll go through a funeral and come back and pick it up. No problems. Now KFC has an app you can order through, but I wouldn't trust that in this place. Read below and pay attention to... This is KFC from Laburnum and Mechanicsville Turnpike; use COMMON SENSE...? DON'T get crazy when you place a large order on the drive-thru and expect it to be done when you come into the window to pay for it. It's not about HAPPEN! Do not go in and expect faster service. It's not about HAPPEN! DON'T expect you to order the KFC app in this place and think it will be right. They don't live in a tech-driven place like Northern, Virginia. It's not about HAPPEN. If you follow DON'T my instructions for ordering food from this place, then you just want to be crazy, waiting in line, and blowing and cussing because you WARNED?.

A great experience. By ordering the app, so I parked in their lot and tried to get in, but all the doors were locked. So I arrived at the ride thru and after 5 minutes of my time it was finally my turn where they told me that since I was a mobile job, I had to pick it up. I told him it was locked, he said I was wrong. So I parked again and tried the doors, they were still closed. I knocked on the door and an employee came out and gave me an attitude about knocking at the door and said I had to wait in the car until they brought it to me. Saw about 20 minutes in the car until the food came out. Never back to this place.

My new favorite KFC. I am now driving past two other KFCs to get to this one because the service and food I received there today was far better than the other two I used to use, We did get through the drive thru, so I didn't see the inside, but the order was accurate and the food was fresh.

I bought the family meal and like most people I trust that every thing in my bag was correct after waiting in line for my food at the drive thru. The chicken was so dry and hard and I'm appalled that Kentucky Fried chicken would even serve that and take my money ?.
