Mac's Store - Richmond

The owner of the restaurant, Dave Sidhu, greets customers with a warm smile at any time of day. He has many regulars who share stories and Dave always treats them with respect, taking time to listen. It reminds me of a small-town business. I make a detour every morning to grab coffee and a snack at the friendly Mac store. Dave even remembers my son and asks about him. He always takes the time to greet my dog outside, showing his love for animals and people. There are few store owners like Dave today. The store has a few tables where you can enjoy a coffee and muffin, and the friendly atmosphere always puts a smile on your face. While it may cost a bit more than larger stores, it's worth stopping by for a lottery ticket, coffee, or snack. Dave Sidhu is a true character and we always have a laugh. A warm smile and kind greeting go a long way in my book.

This restaurant has been open for many years, I have fond memories of it from my high school days.

I am only giving Mac's one star because a few years ago, I purchased 4 chocolate bars and a milk to go here.

Dave always treats his customers with respect and takes time to listen. It takes me back to the days of general stores in small towns. I drive a few kilometres out of my way every morning just to get my coffee and a snack at the friendly Mac,s store. Dave has met my son,s and asks how they are often. My bow legged Little Cairn terrier goes with me on the weekends and Dave always takes the time to greet him outside. He loves animals and people alike. There are far too few store owners like Dave nowadays. The store has a few tables where you can sit and enjoy a fresh coffee and muffin. People are all friendly and it just puts a smile on your face when you visit This Quaint store. The store has everything you need and yes its a convenience store so it cost a few pennies more than the bigger stores. Its well worth stopping there for your lottery ticket,coffee or snack. Dave Sidhu is a real character and we laugh about everything under the sun. Its how I start my day and many more like me. A warm smile and friendly greeting go a long way in my book.
