Church's Chicken - Richmond

Churches is renowned for its delicious and famous chicken dishes. In addition to their wide selection of chicken options, such as tender strips and nuggets, I highly recommend trying the jalapeño Cheese Bombers. These tasty appetizers are similar to deep fried tater tots, but with a spicy twist of jalapeño mixed with melted cheddar cheese. They are so addictive and perfect for parties as a delicious finger food option. Don't overlook this menu item when visiting Churches!

The last time I visited Church’s Chicken, I discovered that they had changed their gravy recipe, and it was not a good change. The new gravy lacked flavor and was watery, tasting worse than instant gravy from a bag. Feeling frustrated, I decided to send a complaint to Church’s Chicken, even though I didn't expect a response given their amateurish website. Surprisingly, I received a prompt reply within 12 hours, informing me that they had received numerous complaints about the new gravy and had reverted back to their old recipe. As a gesture of goodwill, they also sent me $15 in gift certificates, which arrived in the mail two days later. This experience showed me the importance of good customer service, and I hope other restaurants, like Boston Pizza, take notes.

This is the best Church's Chicken I have ever visited. The staff always takes care of the customers, providing perfect and quick service.

Seems like competition in the other reviews. Chicken was hot fresh, and received an extra piece just because! I would recommend checking your order once you receive, as there was something missing last time I was here. However they more than made up for it.

Being a non vegetarian who doesn't like being crispy low-fat spicy marinated chicken. Yeah, I'm not talking about Churcj's chicken. I'm almost here in Richmond for 3 months and I live there Mexican style chicken burger with chips,lettuce..., tomatoes and cheese. Sometimes or most times I go there crispy spicy chicken. They serve him hot and his leg or legs. Appropriately expensive and good to have on the jump one of my favorite little chicken, which also has a very friendly staff.
