Burger King - Richmond

Slow very very painfully slow. Quality of food is time of day dependent. Their drive through is so slow you wonder how its even possible. Foods average they dont mind semding out what appear to be older chicken sandwhiches. This is not a good bk but they all seem awful these

Great value for your buck for sure. I always for years was a MD guy but now I think I'm gonna support the king for awhile. Get the app, it's totally worth it.

I loved BK whoppe growing up and had it every Wednesday. Every since they closed the one close to me over a decade ago, this is the rare time I was hungry and around a BK. Quality has gone down for sure. Service and location was warm and cleaner than most fast food joints.

Sept 3 Sunday evening around 9pm, we stopped in for a bite. We ordered ketchup nuggets, chicken fingers and mozza sticks, she asked us what dipping sauce we wanted so I asked her what they had(she gave the options) I asked for buffalo and zesty, she tossed in one marinara. I took it out of the bag and she gave me one buffalo and one zesty sauce, I asked if we could have a couple more since we had a few items that we wanted dips for, there seemed to be a hesitation, almost like we were asking for too much. The 2 person booth we sat at was dirty and as seen in the photo, the place needs some extra attention and dusting perhaps. The fast food was good, the environment and service however was not.
