The first thing noticed was the front appeared disorganized. Next when I order a 11.99 sandwich and the man told me 17.99 plus tax. When I corrected him he stated he thought I'd want all the sides, all without asking. He appeared put off and it took 17 minutes to get my sandwich to go and several people who came in after me we served. The two working the orders also rude to back house group I will say good food, poor management. I wonder how many would have said nothing in my place. Is this how he bumps sales.
