Starbucks - Reno

Gave this Starbucks a one star due to every time I ordered from here my drink always tasted water downed never tasted good, was always disappointed I paid for it, bought multiple times there thinking maybe it was just that day our person, nope tasted gross every time never buying anything for this Starbucks again, save your money or go to a different one.

The drink was terrible, the banana bread was overly cold and icy. I will never return to this restaurant.

The staff was welcoming, the restaurant was spotless, service was efficient, and the drinks were excellent.

I also have to mention the cleanliness of this restaurant. It was very messy with coffee spilled everywhere, empty napkin dispensers, and trash on the floor. The young lady at the front desk was friendly, but she seemed more focused on her phone than on cleaning up. Overall, I think she should prioritize keeping the restaurant clean over using her phone.

Unfriendly employees. When I walked up to order, the girl taking my order looks like I'm disturbing her by ordering. (I'm the only customer there and all 3 employees where standing around talking when I arrived). I krder3d and she doesn't even say anything. She rings me up then walks away. When I picked up the drink, same response from the other girl. I asked a question and she points to the answer and walks off. My apologies for buying a drink.
