We have had several retirement functions here over the years. I assume because it is cheep but I am not sure.It is okay at best. We are always in the back room so we are saved from most of the goings on in the bar. The food is tasty but very greasy and salty. Alas, all the good tasting things in life are not good for you.I have never gone there nor will I if I have had a choice. To say it is a blue collar crowd is a disservice to many of the hard working workers that I have had the pleasure of knowing over the years. This is more rustic than that.

Picked up the party pack. It was good and enough for eight. The only thing not included was garlic bread, but we got potato wedges. The order consisted of : Drinks - three litresLasagna - lots of meat, found the sauce to be too sweetBoneless ribs - excellent, well seasoned, large portionPotato wedges - good, crispy on the outside, lightly seasonedCaesar salad- good, large, enough croutons, had dressing on the side so you could add laterPizza - good, really liked the thick crust around the edge, lots of topping and cheese, did not put too much sauce, but sauce was sweet. The order was a good size with leftovers (some ribs, salad, lasagna and a couple of slices of pizza).
