With a sale on teen burger. fast and tasty with a lot of salad and tomaten. beautiful made and delicious for fast food

2 times in the past month. Both times was very bothered by how filthy the envir. is in the rest., seats are filthy, you can see the dirt food stains on them. Tables were filthy, needed to be cleaned. The ladies room was filthy....Our order, too much margarine on toast. The 2nd. time to the drive through. Order not right, worker argued with me as to what burger I wanted. Manager Sunny did not want to hear any of this. Also playing cards in there in the am. Rest. is for eating not playing cards.

We went through the drivethru. Okay, the ordering process was good, except for the fact they rush you along even when no one else is in line. My husband ordered a teen burger, since I didn't feel I'd had time to really even look at...the board, I just ordered the same. The people are friendly. A&W has always been a little more expensive than other fast food restaurants, so $21 for 2 burgers, 2 medium drinks, 1 med fry and 1 apple pie, didn't surprise us. Well, I ate the teen burger, and from first bite knew it was going to haunt me. There is some new spice on there, I believe. It tasted like a hot spice you may put in sloppy joes. I admit, I don't do spicy foods too well. I just thought the whole point of these fast food restaurants, was you could count on it tasting the same wherever city you are in. It may be something they are trying, or I just got more than my share of the spice, but I'll think twice before eating there again.

Went thru drive thru order large fries with order got small and they were not even cooked,and to top it off they won't answer the phone ever, customer service Ya right,never going their ever again!

The personal that the flyers was rude and ignored patrons. the person in front of me was a black person and she was incredibly short with him. I had a better customer service at other locations....I will not come back to this.
