Cow Chip Cookies - Redmond

I live next to a midnight cookie but I prefer driving a few miles to Cow chips. Yesterday I went to RTC to get me some chippletes, and to my surprise cow chips had been replaced by a midnight cookie! ? what's going on here cow chips? Are you guys coming back?! Do you need help taking down midnight cookie? Pls we need an update

This place used to be a treat for my daughter when we visited redmond town centre.. plus sometimes they would be freshly baked so the smell of warm cookies would tug at you. This was the first time we visited after they reopened and it was quite disappointing.. the size of the bull chip which was our go-to had shrunk! big time. Like it was under 6 wide and not too thick either, and the price had gone vertical to 10$ for the bullchip. I felt really gouged and underwhelmed, it would take a lot of convincing from my daughter to get me to buy that again.

I was recommended this spot and live nearby, so decided to check it out! I came at around 5:30pm on a weekday and they actually had a discount on all their cookies. It was $5 for 2, which is pretty reasonable for the quality and size of the cookies. Not only that, but the cookies were so good!! Crispy edges and soft interior, and they had the perfect flavor as well. I only tried the chocolate chip, but definitely want to try other flavors now!

These have to be some of the best cookies I've ever had. I've been coming to Cow Chip Cookies since I was younger because I LOVE their warm delicious soft cookies that melt in your mouth. I always recommend Cow Chip Cookies to people because of how amazing they are. I can talk about Cow Chip Cookies for hours, from their fast service to their delicious cookies. I always get Cow Chip Cookies when I come to Redmond Town center because their some of the best in the world. If your ever in the area please come by Cow Chip Cookies!
