A wonderful tavern in a charming small town. It has a lively atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly people.

I truly adore this restaurant! I ended up devouring the entire order of fried okra by myself! They really have a great handle on their food, and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places. The atmosphere is both clean and enjoyable. Thank you!

The service was prompt, and the food was delicious. We ordered the burger, which was cooked to perfection, and the portion sizes were quite generous. The staff was also very friendly. It's an excellent place to enjoy a meal after spending time at the lake.

The food was satisfactory, but the billing process was quite frustrating. You won't see your bill until after you've already paid due to their system, which can lead to unexpected charges that significantly raise your total without any prior warning. For instance, the $16.95 special was advertised with a choice of fries or hushpuppies, but when our guests chose fried okra instead, the waitress failed to mention there would be an additional charge. Later, when we received the receipt via email, we found we were charged $16.95 for the special and an extra $5.00 for the okra. Our order consisted of three specials, one tavern burger, a basket of okra, hushpuppies, and four beers, resulting in a total of $110.00 before tip.

It was an incredible experience with delicious food, and everyone was very friendly.
