Janya Thai Delight - Red Bluff

My wife and I have had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant six times over the past six months. Having traveled to Thailand and savored its culinary delights firsthand, I can confidently say that this restaurant captures the authentic flavors and spices I experienced during my trip. I learned that the chef hails from Bangkok and was trained by his grandmother. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such exceptional Thai cuisine available in Red Bluff.

Please note that the restaurant has changed ownership, and all of the original staff, including the chef, are no longer there. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. The chicken and brown rice were dry and lacked flavor. In another dish, tofu was substituted for meat, which was disappointing. This used to be our favorite restaurant in Red Bluff.

This is the best Thai food I've had in the area! I'll really miss this place!
