Monical's Pizza - Rantoul

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SENT ME OUT BURNT FOOD MANGERS RUDE ESPECIALLY THE BIG “LADY”

I have a great idea Rantoul Monicals!!! When I order something extra and you charge me for it how about you put it in the bag!

Was there for a Birthday party wasn't that good Personally, it felt like the staff seemed like they had somewhere better to be .not rude but just didn't want to be there I get that but Didn't make for a very good experience. Pizza was mediocre at best.

First time eating from them,haven't tried everything but 8 pizza coupon my daughter had tasted decent. Sauce was a different flavor than others,which made it okay. Service ...got odd stares,no welcome in when entered, service could have been a lot better.

Have gone to this Monicals for over a decade. The quality of food had always maintained a high level however, it seems the service is suffering strictly in the sense of staffing. The last few times I’ve been, it appears that they only have one server handling the entire floor which leads to smaller things being missed. Otherwise they do a great job.
