The Freaky Cookie - Rancho Cucamonga

I met a representative for the freaky cookie at an event and I was intrigued under the name of this company. So I bought a dozen cookies to see how they were. I brought her as well as my wife. I also gave away some and most of them all like the cookies. I will definitely use them as gifts or perhaps earlier just for me.

After placing order and paying 15$ delivery fee for a delivery less than a mile from their location, order was CANCELED for no reason? Shady because they took the payment, then canceled order? Bad service. Edited after Company replied) This is very prompt response time for a review on your company, which is fine but a reason or notification to why the order was canceled has not been offered or given to why the order was canceled. Nothing. Still very vague replies and does not seem as if customer service is any priority

The chocolate chip cookie cake was perfection. I was a bit hesitant about the frosting being used, since it can so easily taste funny or be too grainy and crunchy. But the frosting they used was amazing! Lovely flavor and great presentation. I will be going back for most special occasions and telling my friends and family about them. They were friendly and professional when I went to pick up my cookie cake as well.
