El Tapatio - Rainbow City

Get special lunch 3. This place has been here a long time. So you know if they're in Rainbow City and still in business, they do something right. We cost a lot of Tex-Mex-Tarife here in Gadsden and this place has reliable good food. Your salsa is great; the fajita quesadillas are good. The chicken nachos are delish and the portions are huge. My only complaint is that her vegetables do not appear fresh. The paprika are dark and muddy. We usually eat the tomatoes in the Nachos/Taco salad. The guacamole is often slandered. It can only be the cooking style. But if you try Villa Fiesta, you will notice that their Veggies (the Fajita style those) are brighter and Craspier. You should try Special Lunch 3. Thin cooked chicken in Queen style cheese and red sauce with rice and beans. You can easily cut the meat with a fork and disassemble it in the fried Beany food. Follow this with a bite of rice marinated in chicken juice and cheese sauce. Tex-mex heaven!

Very easily the best Mexican restaurant in the area, imo. Decent prices and amazing, consistent food. Awesome atmosphere. Love it!

Well established and local popular restaurant that serves a American/Mexican style food. Food was tasty, the service was prompt and professional and the venue had a earthy and cozy vibe. The restaurant consisted of a number of large and small rooms including numerous bars and dining areas. The bars are solid wood and the decor is rusty vintage. We have visited this restaurant twice and on both occasions the standard. For both food service and atmosphere was excellent.

This was a go in and try on passing as we where traveling. Awesome service and of course awesome food, flavors where the best I have tasted in awhile. If your driving and want some great food with a smile, this is the place to go. I recommend this restaurant for several visits
