At this location a family member got me a regular medium ice tea with sugar nothing substantial. However, the staff needs to check their brew before they serve it to paying customers. They gave me old ice tea. It had an odor and yes I did taste it. I work in a restaurant and I can tell new ice tea from old ice tea. If covered and labeled it should last in refrigeration for 3 to 4 days. Either they don't necessarily care or that their brewing station needs to be cleaned throughly. Highly dissatisfied, shall seek alternative dunkin donuts.Drive thru#5589 11:17 am
Stopped here because my usual dunks is getting a remodel. Ordered a md black iced coffee with sugar. I got a md black iced tea with sugar. Last week when I stopped in my black iced coffee tasted like some type of bitter chemical. Will not be coming back. Coffee Break Café is right up the street and has far better coffee.
This Dunkin Donuts is the best Dunkin’s store that I’ve been to . I live in Boston and my dog and I make this Drive thru our first stop when going to The dog park on Saturdays . Shelly always has the same cheery greeting and she has the best customer service ! Thank you so much for looking after my dog and I ! It makes such a difference when you get awesome service!!!
11/14 We order coffee all the time, basically everyday. And half of the time it comes out right. Yesterday's was the worst it has ever been. Not only was the cover not on all the way so hot coffee was spilling out of the cup , we asked for 4 sugar and 4 milk. It was basically black and so bitter it was definitely burnt coffee that tasted like it had salt added. It was the correct order on the sticker on the cup, but not what was in the coffee cup. The cover has been not put on all the way before and it's spilled out. We've pick up our order before and they've doubled the cups for whatever reason too. But whenever we'd go pick it up, our order was never completed and we'd have to ask for the easiest things our donuts or bagels or whatever was missing from our order after giving plenty of time for it to be completed and put together. I'm guessing they don't have good training or management. I've worked at a Dunkin's over ten yrs ago as a Lead for yrs and our menu was a lot bigger. And we were able to read the order and make it correct without any problems. Idk why now of days it's so hard for employees to get the simplest things done. My reviews have gone from 5 stars to 3 stars to 1 star because we tried giving the benefit of the doubt but just to many times there's been issues.11/05 We got the new pancake wake up wraps and they gave us peanut butter instead of syrup. Also in the past few months our cold hot coffees have been wrong half the time.5/25 Best Dunkin's we've been to on 3A. Food always comes out right each time and there not skimp on meat. Nor are they rude. The drinks are done perfect, so it's not to strong or not enough flavor. Seems it's hard to find a good Dunkin with good service weather it be with food or employees. When it all comes down to it, it's management that this all falls under and it seems this location has it's stuff together and cares about what they put out service wise and know it's the customers that keep them in business and they want them to come back. Update This didn't last long
