There were around 12 cats during our visit but 4 of them were sleeping and only a few were willing to interact. I guess it's important to time your visit to see if the cats aren't too tired yet. Some of the cats were sneezy probably because of being inside an air conditioned room. Seating wise, the comfiest part was near the piano since the seat is cushioned, since the wooden stools are limited. Otherwise, just expect to sit on the floor. There are a lot of cats of mixed breeds including munchkins, which were really cute. The staff were okay but not really that attentive to guests, they only had us sign a waiver about the rules. We had to be the ones to ask about the complimentary food and drinks which aren't a lot. Just some muffins, microwave heated pasta and French fries. Just don't expect a lot of food choices. On the upside, the cafe didn't smell like cat waste, since the litter boxes were covered. The cats also had access to a covered terrace through a pet door. For some cats, the most you can do is pet them for a few minutes before they shy away or clean themselves lol. One kitten was very cute and lay on my lap for an hour.
There are about 20 cats here. They have imported cats from as far as Kazhakstan. A small gallery of their cats are on the table identifying each of their names and their breed. My daughter went crazy! I could hear gasps from the other visitors when my daughter boldly picked up and hugged the cats. Haha. Bawal yun. But she's oblivious to the danger and I just had to keep close watch to stop her from stressing out the cats. The H was so fascinated with the hairless Egyptian Sphinx. Most of the cats are friendly, some would just like to sleep. Some are brazen enough to go up the table while you eat, but the owners put them on time out when they do, in a cage inside, when they're too makulit. You're allowed to pet them, there's a photo of the areas of their body they like. I found out here that they don't like being touched on the head, unlike dogs.
When I came to the café I did not like the very steep stairs, but I can manage. When I went inside I noticed the smell first then the cats . In there I just had an iced tea but it is a very good place to socialize and be with cats who are sooo cute! I love this place so much.
Went here twice because of their friendly and lovable cats! The place is very spacious and there were toys for us to play with the cats. We got unlimited juice for our stay and ordered some lasagna. The food was okay. Will come back again!
The place is great. It's relaxing around the cats although some of them are seem distant. The food isn't great. Reservations are recommended. They sanitize you before entering.
