Taco Bell - Queens

I've been ordering here since I was a teenager before they moved down. I'm 24 now, and they've probably made my order wrong every time. if they want it fixed, they need to ask if it is fixed and then check to ensure that they actually fix it because the half of the time they do nothing wait to then they give it back to them.

To pick up an order to get 11 o'clock they got 1 person who served, prepared and the order lasted about 30m, who can this be a quick eat? a lot of things come up and only 1 person do forever

Went into the register and no one wanted to help with a job. I had no choice to order on a screen. it is very tasteless of any device to refuse to take an order directly from a customer who needs help. the first and last time in this taco bell?

I've been a customer for years and love the place, also employees are fast and friendly service.

My order took a bit longer than I would wish for, for the employee was seriously so nice and fun that I couldn’t even stress. She apologized several times and even told me all about the best salsa (the yellow one). She exemplified Joy! If there were more fast food restaurant employees like her, the world would be a better place lol.
