I was excited to find out that this restaurant was right behind my hotel, Delta. It had a mix of organic and conventional items, mostly organic, with a food bar in the back. The menu included vegan and vegetarian pasta dishes and various baked goods. The ingredients were not listed, making it difficult to know what was in each dish. When I asked about specific items, the staff seemed unsure and could not provide me with accurate information. I was looking for a gluten-free item for a friend with celiac disease, but the only gluten-free option they had was a cookie and they couldn't tell me what was in it. After further investigation, I found another item that was labeled gluten-free, but they had to print out the ingredients for me, which included sugar and butter. This was disappointing as I was looking for something gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened. I appreciate when employees are knowledgeable about the products they sell, as it gives me confidence in the establishment. Despite not finding anything that met my dietary needs, I would recommend this restaurant for those looking for vegan and vegetarian options.

I wish this kind of store was where we live. They have freshly made nut butters right there, fresh and a good selection of salads for vegetarians, produce, essential oils and many other things. They answered all our questions and helped us have a great...experience. We ended up eating here during our trip multiple times.
