Grand Cana - Punta Cana

This hotel is beautiful, anywhere you see. As an All inclusive resort, I was shocked that the food was exceptional. From buffet to chic dinner places, service and taste is top notch. I must mention that Juan and Andy have provided a concierge service to us that facilitated last-minute changes, swimming with the dolphins, a special honeymoon candlelight dinner for us and travel preparations for all 17 people we were with. The waiting staff at the buffet was also amazing, especially Marilyn and Andres. Ask for them:

Jorge Medina in Bar Sunrise is the best! Drinks made with fresh ingredients and love <3 best drinks at the resort by far. Gracias amigo!

I want to recognize Alvaro Fernandez, he was our personal Butler/Concierge. He was excellent with customer service, friendly and appealing. He made the experience so amazing with his attention to detail. If I come back, I'll ask Alvaro personally. Thank you for great experience.

Had a wonderful and relaxing time in the Paradisus Grand Cana. All employees were so welcoming! Shout to Jackson Pie, who was our bartender during our stay. He made us delicious drinks and surprised us with different cocktails based on what we told him our mood. He was one of the most unforgettable parts of our journey:

I 've been to many places in DR. This one exceeded all expectations. Kids had something to do everyday. They have a habitat play ground for kids throughout the day. A water park in house that was fun even for the older crew. Absolutely amazing. The beds did not smell like most locations in DR. Felt right at home. I want to thank Carolina Perez and Eduardo for making our stay that much better. When you come here, ask for Carolina to be your concierge. she hooked up all our events/restaurants and kept us informed throughout the stay. Will be here again just because of Carolina.
