Black Cypress - Pullman

There is no time I visited The Black Cypress and did not promise to repeat it; for every visit there is the best, and you will not be bored. They serve a very carefully selected menu elements, cook their dishes with passion, and customers will feel as if they visit their friendly neighbours! I love the environment, staff friendly-professional attitude (and clothing), and restaurant unique identity.

Magnificent ambience, wonderful staff, excellent food! One of the best steaks I've ever had, and I'm so glad my fiancée shared a bite of her Halibut Moqueco! Delicious! We're coming back!

We always eat there when we come to football games. Great food and service and we have been eating there for several years now. They have fabulous homemade bacon they use in some recipes and make many dishes with locally sourced produce and meats!

The food AND the cocktails are heavenly! The menus are plentiful and the staff are amazing!

Delightful meal here. We actually drove a little out of our way to get here. So glad we did. The roast chicken was delicious. Juicy and flavors hit all the right notes. My one grumble was the kale and bread accompaniment. Kale in my books is horse feed, the bread got soggy. For dessert we had the goat cheese panacotta. Very light and divine.
