La Gran Parada - Providence

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever been in my LIFE!!! For someone who has years working in the kitchen and fast pace restaurants, this one is a pure joke. 50 minutes in line to order my food on a not busy day while the workers here just joke around and take their time on purpose I would say. They either hate their job or are always miserable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you have a lot of patience and time to spare.

Hands down they very best barbecue pork ribs in the state. The menu is broad. I recommend every night the. Go and check this restaurant and the wonderful staff there.Food: 5/5

Place was packed. If only they could find a way to collectively serve their food quicker. Other than that, Dominican food all day......I like there goat. (Called chivo, pronunciación might be a little off but they'll understand. Over some beans and rice. There is no better typical Hispanic dish......Food: 4/5

This was our first time at this restaurant, with this said, I am giving it four (4) stars because of their setting that I wasn't expecting, line set up (make a line, place your order for take out/dining in specify).If you're taking out, this is an ideal place.If you plan on dining in, personally, I wouldn't do it again, however, I would definitely order take out!Food is delicious, atmosphere is nice with music. Overall, very nice.The customer service was awesome. Just keep in mind that the bill is verbally given to you and then they give you a receipt.We ordered non alcoholic beverages. I did not see any beer/alcoholic beverages in their menu/displayed in their refrigerators.If you wish to give gratuity, it has to be in cash.It was busy on a Saturday afternoon. At the time of this review, their (restaurant's) parking lot was not opened for customers. I believe there was construction going on (not sure though), there was yellow tape around it? It wasn't anything bad though..

Best carry out LUNCH for Work 2019-2021; Best All Around Latino Restaurant on South Side/Broad/Providence since Grand Opening….That Means: Go There First.Food: 5/5
