The service was terrible, making it feel like you were doing them a favor by eating there. The prices were outrageous, with small portions—$12 for rice and ribs. They also expect you to speak Guatemalan Spanish. When I asked for "picante," they gave me Sriracha sauce. I asked for salsa, which is also spicy, and the staff argued instead of helping. It seemed like there was a major communication barrier. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and they've lost a customer. I really don’t understand how they have any patrons.
I visited for the first time today, and the food was amazing! I will definitely be going back very soon.
Delicious food, friendly staff, and generous portions!
Service was horrible rude people they need classes on customer service. Literally Got food poisoning from there from eating there food. I'm just now starting to feel a bit better after 3 weeks spents 3 days in the hospital from the food poisoning. Very bad horrible experience it is my first and last time there.
Whenever I'm in Providence, I stop here for the pastelitos. They are amazing. I love chicken, and hubby loves beef. The Pernil is also delicious. If you are looking for delicious Dominican food at good prices, this is the place.
