Subway - Prosperity

If I could give it negative stars I would no matter how many times I come into store giving them the benefit of the doubt they always drop the ball either no one there or they are never open yet when it’s 7am 8am or 9am they still aren’t open yet don’t waste your time get ur food at the pilot get ur gas at the pilot because this subway and circle K drops the ball terrible experience me and my trucker buddies will never stop here again I’ll drive 100 miles out somewhere else to get a sandwich than stop here again and u can bet on that

This is the most pathetically run Subway I’ve ever encountered versus any other fast food place I’ve gone to in years.I’ve tried coming here multiple times I waited 3 months since the last time and it is still as horrible as an experience as all the others.As soon as I walk in and walk to the counter to order a sandwich, the lady (I assume manager) tells the other worker she’s taking a break and for him to take the order. He said he was still making bread because it rose.After waiting about 10 minutes he was still doing it. I decided to say screw it and leave.I’ve been a cook. I understand finishing the task at hand, but then handle the customer and go back to it. Don’t continuously pull out new racks of bread and keep going.Every time I come here is something similar. No one wants to work there (I get it, who WANTS to work there, but do you have to make it painfully evident by straight not giving a f… about the customers or service?)Maybe I’ll try again in a few months. Probably not unless it has entirely different management. I feel bad for the franchise owner maybe they should pay more or be a more valid presence….

Subway just the way it's supposed to be. I young lady making sandwiches and manning the register. Efficient as can be she made my sandwich and one for another customer at the same time. In and out very quickly.

Terrible service, RUDE, untrained didn’t even know how to make a common sub, nasty environment and doesn’t deserve a 1 star!

Good stop for a sandwich while on a road trip, but this time covid had closed the fine in situation. Perhaps not much of a factor for other travelers but we like the break from the traveling.
