Starbucks - Prosper

Hands down this is THE BEST STARBUCKS in McKinney. All of the baristas are extremely friendly and always greet me with ?good morning Jay!? The drinks are made properly and always by the time estimate from the mobile app. There are actually two other Starbucks which are closer to my house, but I drive to this one every time as the others do not provide a friendly vibe. All the girls at this location are excellent!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable . I take my daughter there for a little us time over hot chocolate on the weekend. Music not too loud, noise level is low enough you can talk, read, or study.

Messed up my order twice, espresso didn?t taste like espresso, more like just warm milk. Young lady literally cannot hear me well, had to literally yell. Definelty not the best Starbucks in McKinney that?s for sure.

Not my favorite Starbucks. We?ve visited a few times and each time the experience has been the same poor! Today was our final visit. It was slow both drive up and in store. I personally went inside to order and the staff could care less that I was waiting. The two employees were completely fixated on the drive up. Eventually, a team member said someone would assist me shortly. I waited longer then multiple drive up orders (my husband was outside waiting and noticed they assisted more then 10 vehicles while I was standing waiting on our order). The lady who eventually stepped out from the back room took my order 1) got my name incorrect, 2) said they were out of the dragon fruit pieces but stated my mango dragon fruit lemonade would still taste the same it didn?t. It tasted like straight up lemonade 3) 90% of my cup was filled with ice (so much for requesting lite ice). To sum it up?.I paid $11 for two large cups of ice and wasted about 20 minutes the only person in line. Don?t recommend this location. If you must use this location?highly recommend you order via drive up they may actually care to quickly prepare your beverage.

They literally are always out of oat milk or almond milk. Their only job is to make coffee. If you aren?t ordering enough that?s a problem. Order enough inventory for the consumption of your patrons.
