Cook Out - Prattville

I really enjoy Cookout, but wish their menu wasn't quite so confusing. The food is very good the prices are very reasonable. Service was excellent, clerk was friendly polite. Love their shakes, but sometimes they need to be mixed a little longer. Burgers are tasty, cheese quesadilla is great! Good fries onion rings.

They have good food. but i asked for a BACON RANCH WRAP and they wonr sell it to me because their QUESO machine is down. make it make sense.

First went through the drive thru and there intercom was broken so they got our order wrong, then tried to charge us double because they couldn’t hear , and then the cashier kept my card and told me to go upfront, and still got the orders wrong. Needs new management and new workers because this is ridiculous.Parking: Needs to do better

Cheap cups the milkshakes are made in..the cup will just split apart and the money u spent is just wasted pretty much..also the service was horrible and cant even get orders correct and wanna be rude because they have to do their jobs....i will not return back period ever again...terrible service!!
