Pizza Hut - Powell

They are not handicap accessible. My mom is in a wheelchair and I had to struggle with the door and try to push my mom into the lobby. The lady behind the counter just stood there until I yelled in pain because the door hit me. The ramp is way too steepfor a wheelchair. The menu says beef for the taco pizza and we stated beef but got chicken. Just overall not a very good place.

Hadn't had Pizza Hut in years and it was surprisingly good despite this local restaurant being in understaffed chaos... there were two people in the kitchen and one server/everything else... she was running a bit ragged, forgetful and aloof but waspleasant. Most tables needed wiped down/were dirty and overall the restaurant was a bit dingy. They were out of personal panpizzas and ran out of mediums during our order so I got large for medium price. Appreciated that!! The workers who showed upwere seemingly doing the best they could whilst lacking resources. The new menus at this pizza hut location have no prices foranything at all listed. Very odd.

Ordered the family dinner box. It took 2 try?s and 3 hours to get our pizza, it sounded very unorganized. The driver that eventually brought it out was nice though.

One of our pizzas was made with the incorrect sauce. (Red instead of white . We called and the manager informed us that the replacement would not arrive for an additional 45 min. When replacement arrived, the delivery person brought two replacementpizzas with the correct sauce. We understand that mistakes can be made while restaurant is busy and appreciate the replacementof the correct product.

Honestly, between the 5 dollar delivery fee and the almost 5 dollar tip- we spent 10 dollars just to eat. The prices are already higher than we would like to pay, but dominoes was the other option and we thought why not try the hut again. Also- making it 1dollar more for your regular crust is crazy. The service was good but the prices were not at all!
