Sal's Famous Ny Pizza - Portsmouth City

We recently ordered takeout from this restaurant, and we had a wonderful experience! Our order was ready right on time when my husband went to pick it up, and we all loved the white pizza and pepperoni pizza! I particularly enjoyed my Stromboli with mushrooms and jalapeños—it was delicious! I also want to give a shoutout to the young lady who answered the phone and took my order; she was fantastic—friendly, patient, and very helpful! I found the prices to be quite reasonable as well. We will definitely be ordering from here again on pizza nights!

The Stromboli here is amazing! Although the pizza doesn't quite match the New York style I'm familiar with, it's still pretty good. The restaurant could use some renovations, but overall, it’s a nice experience.

The best strombolis and calzones around! Although the storefront may not look very appealing, the quality of the food and outstanding service make this my top choice for pizza-related dishes.

The best New York-style slice in the area! It features a thin, crispy crust that's still foldable, with the perfect amount of grease running off. Haha!

The pizza was overcooked and very disappointing. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.
