Glass - Portland

The restaurant declined to accommodate us or offer any service.

We had a big group gathering and the tables were prepared for us when we arrived. We began with a tasty cocktail. The menu was limited, so I decided to order the burger. Unfortunately, it was quite dry, even after adding mayo and ketchup. The fries, however, were great. One of our friends didn't receive her meal, even after reminding our waitress twice. They did correct the mistake when we received the bill. Overall, it's a good place to grab a quick drink, but I would recommend skipping the food.

We went for the Valentine's Day three-course meal and unfortunately, they were out of one of the three entree options, which was disappointing. The music was too loud and not relaxing at all. The restaurant was cold, the lights were too bright, and the meal was overpriced for what it was. There was only one server for both the bar and all tables, and our bill came to $250 for two people, including just one glass of wine. Despite mentioning in the reservation that it was my wife's birthday, they made no effort to acknowledge it. We recommend going to Evo instead of Glass, as we will not be returning.

This restaurant is terrible. They were supposed to complete work at our school in a week, but they are still here. One person would be working while the other four stood around doing nothing.

I had several issues with Portland Glass just like others here. I had given them a few small windows to replace the glass, but there were many delays before the job was finally completed.
