The staff is exceptionally friendly. It's a lovely and comfortable setting for dinner with friends and family. They offer a fantastic food and drink menu, including some delightful specialty cocktails.

The new facility is fantastic. I had the salmon while my wife opted for the scallops, and both dishes came with delicious sides that I would happily order again. The new bar area is spacious yet cozy, making it a comfortable place to relax. It features four large screens, making it easy to enjoy sports events. The dining area is elegant and sophisticated, but I personally prefer the bar with its comfortable high-top chairs. Both the dining room and the bar offer the same menu options. Additionally, the bar has several 6-top and 4-top tables for dining. There's also a raw bar connected to the dining area, accommodating about 14 guests. The Orchard has really raised the bar, and I can’t wait to return.

Overall, the food was decent. My steak was cooked as requested but lacked seasoning. Unfortunately, our waitress disappeared for long stretches, making it impossible for me to request some salt. On the other hand, my wife's sea bass was overly salty and nearly inedible. By the end of the night, we ended up spending $250 on a meal that was just okay. To add to the experience, we found the parking lot packed upon arrival, but they were offering free valet service. After our meal, I noticed a strange noise coming from one of my tires. Assuming it was just a rock lodged in the tread due to the gravel lot, I planned to address it in the morning. However, when daylight came, I discovered it was a screw, and my tire was completely flat. Rather than enjoying a beautiful morning at nearby nature preserves, I ended up changing a tire in the hotel parking lot and waiting nearly two hours at a shop to get it patched. This definitely put a damper on what I had hoped would be a lovely weekend. I reached out to Orchard, not seeking compensation but simply to inform them about the tire issue in hopes of preventing similar problems for other customers. Unfortunately, they never responded. Overall, I found the restaurant to be significantly overpriced for what they offered, especially when compared to high-end dining options in Columbus at similar price points. I'm disappointed not only by the meal itself but also by the lack of response to my message. The whole Orchard experience felt overhyped and underwhelming.

Expensive for an unsatisfactory experience. The perch was overcooked, making it necessary to eat it with my fingers because a knife couldn't cut through it. The seabass was decent, but the sides (sushi rice and bok choy) were not appealing. There was a large group in the dining area, which made it difficult for our party of four to hear each other. I won’t be returning. Service: Dine in, Meal type: Dinner.

Absolutely LOVED this place I mean it was really, really good. I also loved the grape picking and atmosphere in general. I recommend for anyone in the area, its the best place around.
