Domino's Pizza - Poquoson

I’ve ordered from this location before with no issues; however I ordered over the weekend and the driver left it outside the apt building! When I called to ask about it the manager offered no apology refused to give her name and was actually rude. I will never order from this location again

This Domino's is awesome. The online tracker is so accurate, it's helpful, and it shows the name of the worker prepping the meal. This is amazing and I love it!

Terrible location with rude employees. So when you try to go in and make an order you are told to go outside and do it on the app, so you can be in the store, you have to go out into the cold and make your order. I’ll be contacting every level of manager to discuss this, absolutely horrendous service.

This is my go to place for pizza. I use the app so i get free pizza every now and then. They always have plenty of specials to choose from...the Extravaganza pizza is loaded with items for $13.99 carryout, our favorite for the price. The toasted Italian sandwiches are really good too.

For whatever reason the estimated wait time is consistently off compared to the actual time the food is ready. Often by 15+ minutes. I recommend you call first before going off of the estimated ready time in the app. The algorithm is off somewhere. Save yourself the headache for carryout orders and verify the wait times first.
