Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pooler

Greeted me, took my order, then said they were closed when I finished????????

Food doesn’t taste bad BUT they new management or something!!! Paid $30 for 2 sandwhiches, large fries, and a 3 peice combo, first they didn’t give me a receipt (no problem but will come in play later) told me to pull to the front to wait (expected maybe 5-10 mins) 25mins LATER after watching multiple come in the store and leave with there food I finally got mine again after 25 mins of just waiting, doesn’t include waiting in line, and boom no fries and no receipt to bring in and show I ordered them. I would of just gone back in and got my fries but I was already there for WAY to long and it was late too tired with a headache so I just went home ??

This is the most unorganized Popeyes don’t waste your time it will take you 30 mins to get your food and it won’t be hot when you receive it stay

You would think by this place being pooler, Ba that it has some type of quality and value ! It has NONE ! They have you wait at the speaker for over 10-20 minutes due to personal phone calls. Once answered they are very rude as if you're interrupting their day! They are always out of everything ! No shrimp , no spicy tenders , no strawberry biscuits NOTHING ! Sometimes not even napkins ! This is the worst facility in pooler besides Wendy's ! I never seen such bad service and low quality and quantity in food

Stood and waited to dine for quite a while. The staff didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there. Seemed to be more concerned about the drive thru customers and phone in orders! At least they could have turned around and told us they would be with us soon. Nothing said! Won’t be returning, shocker!!
