I ended up having to call DoorDash to cancel my order, and they issued me a refund. Unfortunately, I had to reorder without any toppings. When I called the restaurant to confirm my new order, the staff member I spoke to was rude and hung up on me! They weren't even busy at the time; in fact, my driver noted that there were no other customers in line or inside the restaurant. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I won't be returning.

They'll inform you that they're busy and ask you to call back in 15 minutes to place your order. This cycle continues to repeat.

The atmosphere here is always lively and welcoming! I find myself visiting every day just for their chocolate milkshakes. They truly are the BEST!
